Accreditation Support Groups

Welcome! We are happy that you are thinking about the accreditation process. We hope that by becoming a member of our support group that we will be able to assist your center in achieving accreditation or reaccreditation with the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The support group meets several times throughout the year for training and for a forum for questions and answers. Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings. By attending these meetings you will also have the choice of being teamed up with a mentor in the field or becoming a mentor to another center. We feel that the mentor process is critical in supporting centers through accreditation.

UAEYC, in collaboration with the Office of Child Care, will provide some funding to assist you with the purchase of self-study materials, application fees and validation fees.

We hope that you will join our group and share with us your perspective and expertise. We look forward to getting to know you!
