Discovery Gateway School and Group Educator

School and group educator will focus primarily on the scheduling, facilitation and oversight of on-site school fieldtrips and non-profit group visits. Responsible to ensure that the on-site fieldtrip process is followed, from point of contact to the conclusion of the trip including securing payment, mentoring and working with Imagination Facilitators to effectively chaperone groups visiting the museum and facilitate on-site school workshops.

Qualifications: Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding school and group visits. Schedule and coordinate all school and group visits. Manage school and groups on the museum floor including arrival, orientation and departure. Full time position. Reports to: Educator Supervisor
